The flagship venture is SatNav Technologies, one of India’s early starters in the IT Products space,
offering a wide array of Products both Off-the-shelf as well as customizable, for both the B2B and
the B2C markets. The criteria to choose a particular product area are the high growth potential,
current lack of competition and the projected market demand for the same. These products were developed
when the management team of SatNav Technologies, working together since the year 2000, was a part of a
large Indian IT company before it was spun off as a separate entity in the year 2004.

(B) SatNav Preschools: A Preschool and Daycare Venture

Sunshine, India’s 1st Preschool and Daycare Chain is a venture of SatNav Group,
pioneer and leader in preschool education since early 2005. Sunshine also offers
daycare facility for working parents by providing a preschool and 12+hour Day care
facility close to their work place. SatNav ventured into this area when Daycare was
unheard of in the country. Today, 2 years later every major preschool chain has initiated
similar ventures on the path shown by us. Our vision is to have 25 schools in 2008 and
grow to 100 schools in three years across the country. Currently the venture has 9
schools in Hyderabad.

The venture has made significant strides in the short time since it’s existence.
A leading UK education services organization, CfBT, has partnered with Sunshine for
Preschool management in India as a consultant and also an investor in the project.
India’s leading media house, The Times Group, has also partnered with Sunshine and

Hyderabad Aircraft Maintenance Company (HAMCO), India’s 1st third party Aircraft Maintenance
Organization for commercial planes. HAMCO investors include a group of 40 aviation professionals
who are experts in their respective domains, the company has grand plans for this booming
